![]() ![]() The wolves’ story was an interesting addition to create a deeper meaning with the characters of Seo In Gook and Park Bo Gum. What I don’t like is that the explanations of some cases are confusing and some viewers may not get the full content of what happened or not get to connect all the details thus the writer needs to work a little bit more on that part. ![]() There are from time to time some things that may turn around the story but the main point remains: Min is the lawyer, and the forensic guy is Lee Joon Young. The approach over the mystery part is made in a good manner but then again, things are predictable. Even if it happens to have a case, it is still connected to the main one and that is Hyun’s chase for Lee Joon Young so the side case doesn’t take too much space. I like that they don’t take random cases in every episode because I normally hate episodic stories especially in a police/detective drama. But then, Min was pretty young and easy to influence regardless of the situation and for him, Hyun used to be the center of his world therefore we yet don’t know the things Lee Joon Young told Min when he left with the boy in his car. However, I wish they would’ve had a better reason for Min’s wish to take revenge on Hyun mostly because his idea of his brother leaving him behind was a little bit stretched. Lots of adults were concerned about Hyun being different than a normal child that they forgot to pay attention to Min and his very distinct personality.Įven though I’m mostly enjoying the show, overall I find it predictable, even from the beginning I knew that the lawyer is Min, the lost brother. Also, when the father asked Min if the paintings are made by his brother, he clearly lied since there is a scene with the siblings drawing and the one who was making the weird paintings was Min therefore there were hints that he was more than a child where Hyun was just a gifted child even though with that, people around considered him to be a monster. If I remember correctly, there is a scene where the father sees Hyun burying a dog(?) and he tells the father that it was already dead. And to be honest it will be stupid for the writer to make any hints that Min may actually have a crush on Ji Ah after all he is a psychopath and we already know that even since the childhood moments were shown. I enjoy Min and Hyun too much to care about a possible love line between Hyun and Ji Ah. However regarding the story, I personally don’t want to see any romance in this drama, or if the writer must add some, I hope it won’t take the attention from the two brothers’ story to the point of forgetting about it. Park Bo Gum is doing well as the negative character and he is actually a major reason on why I’m watching this drama. The acting is good, although I was a little displeased in the beginning, knowing that Seo In Guk will be the main character while Lee Chun Hee was playing mostly a filling character but In Guk is showing good acting so there aren’t any major problems. It’s an actual important factor to the story since they highlight the past with every new episode, more than they did it in other dramas. I noticed the constant talk about the past as how it influences all the characters. Unfortunately they don’t have the same freedom so public broadcast channels need to restrict a lot of stuff. ![]() Of course there are a lot of dramas like this one on cable channels but I strangely want public broadcast stations to do well with this type of stories. I enjoy the physiological aspect more and in this drama they do approach the part of profilers rather than focusing on catching the criminal. It’s pretty difficult to make a strong first episode that can be a strong base for the following episodes.įrom episode 3 I stated to like this drama even more and it will probably be one of my favorite out of the currently airing one. The behind story of Lee Hyun was entertaining and well delivered to catch the attention from the first episode. I wasn’t sure if I would like this drama since the plot is similar to ‘ You’re all surrendered’ and ‘ The girl who sees smells’ but the first episode was strong enough to make me interested in the behind story of Lee Hyun and later on in the story of his younger brother, Min.
